My initial call I did the review on was to the Thorton location near where I work. Wish I could delete it or attach this to my original post. The person at the thorton location at the time seemed rude and not very helpful. A big overreaction on my part in the heat of the moment of my vehicle needing repair. Later I proceded to call the Parker location since it was close to my house and I needed clarification on the repairs needed. So glad I did. They were extremely helpful and provided great service. They confirmed that I did need the repairs. Got me in the minute I walked through the door. Couldn't have been more satisfied. Again my apologise. You guys were great! Wish I could go back and delete the original post. If there is a way let me know. Highly recommended!!

My wife brought my son's car in to have an engine light diagnosed. The diagnosis was inconclusive and you quoted $95 to further diagnose the problem. After a couple of hours of effort you found the problem and waived the fee as the problem pointed to needing a new engine. You certainly didn't need to do this but I greatly appreciate your doing so.I would defiantly recommend your shop to others.

We needed an oil change and Service Street got us an appointment the same day. We were in and out within 40 minutes. Easy.

staff is very friendly. was in an and in 2 hrs but had no appt. but there are near by places you can sit and eat or coffee.

At the time of my Monday afternoon visit, I was advised that the warning light (engine) could have been 1 of 3 problems that needed a diagnostic appraisal. As it turned out, the problem was the gas cap not securely attached, thus causing a trouble light to illuminate. After it was all said and done, only an oil change/filter was needed. Good job, crew!

Thank you for taking good care of my daughter, Dominique, for servicing her Volkswagon as requested. I appreciated the call afterwards re: need for tire rotation but missing the wheel lock key. I'll try to get the key soon and get the vehicle back to you as soon as possible! Julie
