Good for oil changes and general maintence my Chevy Trail Blazer 2008. Also nice that they will shuttle u to your home and pick up if you request.. Chris is very helpful, responsive and appears honest. The driver who worked on my car seems really honest and hard working. I like that Chris always gives me the discount w/0 hastle of coupons. My car was diagnosed with a block problem from u guys. I was under warranty and Chevy said their disagnostic showed no such thing. When that happens, it is hard to know who to believe! I went back to Chris and he was willing to show me, but took my chances that maybe the Chevy Dealer had more accurate diagnostics for Chevy than you guys or yours are better and Chevy missed it. So far it is doing fine. Thanks for being helpful and Chris being transparent and approachable. So far I hope i made the right decision because i am off the warranty now @ 75,000 mi. Thanks again!

I take my car in for a prepaid oil change. I'm very surprised when I'm told it requires $1200 of repair. When the work is done, the car now doesn't run as well as it did. I complain. The car is rechecked and I'm told I now need different repairs at a cost of $2000. I complain. My car is rechecked. I'm told again I need more new repairs. I decline. I now have a noisy car that irritatingly vibrates.
