Frustrating!! even though I showed person at desk my 2012 Fiat takes 5-30 using a Fiat site online and we both walked out to look at oil cap the desk person would prove this car had to have synthetic oil, which cap said 5-30 he still insisted He would not change my oil unless I let them put in 25.00 increase in price synthetic oil. What a joke... Train your employees....
