No hassle, no waiting Saturday walk-in to have my oil changed, radiator serviced and air filter replaced. Service Rep provided inspection concerns that jive with recent vehicle performance issues and smells so no surprises there. Inspection issues were accompanied with a written, zero pressure estimate and prices that looked comprable to what I may pay at a Jiffy Lube, Firestone, Midas or any other national chain service center. As this is a new location, office, service bays, bathroom and waiting room were all clean and in mint condition. What really made me choose this over the Jiffy Lube a block down the road was the operation hours and closer location. That extra hour was the deal breaker. Ultimately, I would go to the Highlands Ranch, CO location again and likely will to address some of the estimate concerns once funds permit.
