I went into service street for a brake check and oil change, they were honest, helpful and fast. The staff is amazing and the building is clean and welcoming! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Customer Service was very polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. They inspected my car and determined that it would have to be repaired prior to the service I wanted completed. They kept me informed, they did not do any work without talking to me first. I will be using this company again.

Alex and the crew at Service Street were all amazing, patient and genuinely helpful when we came in. They correctly identified a simple fix with our vehicle and then found a few other issues, which they personally showed to us so we could decide which to tackle first. They also provided a shuttle service so that we could get what we needed while the car was worked on and helped guide us through the process of payment options, even with bad credit. I fully intend on visiting them again!

The price was great, but the customer service that they provided was just as great! Alex Silva did a great job with his customer service in particular! They definitely earned my business from here on out! That's the only place I'll go to get my car worked on now!

This is the 3rd car I've brought to them and each and every time I am completely happy with the service. They let me know when my car needs something but never pressure me to get "extra" stuff I don't need. All three cars are different makes and models and they have been able to service all of them.

We took our van in this afternoon to have a headlight replaced. We thought we would need to wait until after Christmas to get it back. The manager was phenomenal....he told us to be back in 25 minutes and it would be fixed. Not even 15 minutes later, while we were out shopping we received a text to say the van was ready to be picked up! What great service!! And much cheaper that we anticipated!! Everyone we interacted with was extremely professional and courteous. We HIGHLY recommend Service Street for their exceptional Management and dedication to Customer Service. If other Auto Repair Shops want to learn how to treat their customers well, they should stop by and find out how to do it right!! Congratulations Service Street.....you should be VERY proud of your team!!

I called Service Street because my car had blown a spark plug, Dave was very helpful in arranging a tow so that it could be diagnosed. I received a call the following morning explaining what needed to be done and what it would cost, before anything was done. They actually finished 2 and a half hours before the promised time and for exactly the cost promised. I feel that I was treated with respect and that they were very honest and best of all, my car is running Great! I will use them for any needs I have in the future and recommend them to family and friends.
