10/2/18 I called this morning to make an oil change/tire rotation appointment for my Ford Edge. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told “Bring it on in. We can take you immediately “! The work was completed fast and courteously. After being informed about their “5 Pack” plan I decided to not only purchase one for my Edge. I bought one for my Ford F-350 diesel. I’ll be saving 50% on every F-350 oil change compared to what The Ford dealship charges! Thanks Service Street at Southlands Mall!

Labor fee of 130 dollars just for brake pad replacement is ridiculous. That’s without the cost of parts. Total rip off.

Asked for a quote and received a terrible attitude from them. I’ll take my chances at Midas. I’ll never come back nor recommend this shop.

I had an oil change . I was completely satisfied. People in "Service Street" were friendly they quickly did their job and gave me useful advice.

Are you looking for a place that will take advantage of you? Then you’ve come to the right place! I took my car in for a tune-up and said I needed it within a couple hours. I got a tune-up and an unneeded fuel system flush to the tune of over $500. I got a call that they would do this work. When you’ve got a million things going on and you just want the work done, you say do it. I wasn’t really paying attention. And besides, I said I wanted a tune-up on a 2014 vehicle, nothing too difficult there. My fault for not listening closely while he was telling me all the other nonsense he was going to do. His fault for taking advantage of a clueless wife that just wanted a quick tune-up. They kept my car most of the day and completely took advantage of me. A trustworthy mechanic is worth his weight in gold. Go elsewhere if that’s what you’re looking for.

This Parker location always takes care of me very well. I have a variety of older cars and trucks that need service in a hurry usually. I am always pleased with my ability to make quick appointments, and the team's capable diagnosis, parts retrieval & service on even unusual items like windows stuck down... :) hence the emergency.. :) Give them a try for routine service or your odd needs!

Good desk service. Timely work. Usually not too far off from appointment time to vehicle going into stall. Comfortable waiting room.

Used to use regularly. I came in after moving from the area with a different vehicle. I asked the guy behind the counter if he would help me with a coupon he said yes. At checkout the oil change was 69.00. If I wanted to pay that for an oil change I could have went a block from my house. Further repairs were needed, I asked for an estimate. “He didn’t have one”. 500 plus for brakes and rotors. Just not happy with the overall costly experience.
