Went in for an alignment they said I needed new ball joints so the alignment they did wouldn’t feel improved unless I replaced the ball joints and they didn’t even charge me

I would highly recommend Service Street. I brought my vehicle to them in November and everyone at the desk was courteous and efficient. Working with TJ was a pleasure and his team was quickly able to troubleshoot a heating and A/C issue in my H3. I plan on bringing back my vehicle and have them repair another small issue; They were one of the only service facilities that was able to give me a straight answer without a lot of fluff (which always seems to translate to a lot more money).

most small shop chains or a rip off and do not know what they are doing this particular franchise seems to do well with its clientele.I've always had good service there they're helpful they allow me to bring in what I want put in my car as far as the oil or parts. The manager of this store is reasonable and knowledgeable is attendance in mechanics are knowledgeable

In addition to the oil change today, we also discussed recommended maintenance items to schedule during the coming year. They always explain exactly what is important in language I understand.
