There was only one person in front of me and it took 1 hour and 40 minutes to do a simple oil change. I'd do it myself but that's why we have shops. Trust me, save yourself some time and try any other shop in america

I had an 8 o’clock appointment for an oil change. When I arrived they had no technicians to perform the work. I had to come back to ours later

This is not reflective of our operational standards. We are beyond sorry for the miscommunication. Our leadership is trying to identify why this happened and we will resolve in a way that ensures superior customer experiences now and in the future.

Over priced. They truly see ways to exploit people and over charge with ridiculous labor and parts prices

They were nice and polite but it an hour and 45 min to get my oil changed.😳 And that was with an appointment on an non-busy day.
