Great experience. Even though we didn't do any repairs I'm glad I went to them.

We have an older GMC Yukon with 240,000 miles. We don’t want to put too much money into repairs and most shops we have dealt with will only allow for new parts installation We were allowed to bring our salvage parts which I picked up for 1,500 less than a quote from the place. I was surprised when she asked me if I wanted to meet my mechanic, felt like a doctors office visit. Of course I would like to! We had a short conversation and Jake asked a few questions. That was a nice touch. Excited about the price and timeline.

These guys service a couple of my cars and always do a great job. Another plus is they go through the vehicle and provide feedback on potential upcoming issues, and what to keep an eye on. Pretty impressive for an oil change. Thank you, Service Street!

My experience was completely horrible!!! I had so many issues I'll have to list them numerically below. 1) Brought my vehicle in for an synthetic oil change with a coupon for $54.95 that I got in the mail. This ended up costing me $67.97 at the end of the day because they charge you extra fees that are not advertised on the mailer. 2) Upon arrival I had already had brand new breaks & tires installed on my vehicle from Les Scwab (awesome company by the way) and they had informed me of a small leak on an axle seal. Cost at Les Scwab would be $169 complete. I decided to have Service Street give me a second opinion since my vehicle was already there. They agreed that the axle seal needed to be done but at the tune of $780... and hear is the big red flag... they then told me that the brakes looked warn and would need to be replaced as well. Keep in mind these were just installed and were brand new! 3) Finally, I had a turn signal light that had just gone out and Service Street was kind enough to diagnose that the front bulb was supposedly burned out and need replaced. They did install the new light bulb but then informed me that it didn't fix the problem and that my vehicle most likely had an electrical issue. Of course with all of the issues above i decided to take it to Les Schwab and they fixed the issue in 10 minutes. Come to find out the bulb at the rear of the vehicle was burned out and they replaced it for free! If this isn't enough to put Service Street on a "Buyer beware" list then I don't know what else it would take. This place is a rip off for sure and you have been warned!!
