I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, I was greeted at the door and immediately noticed how clean the facility was. They took my car in within 10 minutes to do the oil change as I waited in the waiting room. A gentleman came and got me and told me I needed to see something on my vehicle. I already knew it was this “busted CV axle” another repair shop told me about. They didn’t just tell me, they showed me. I go out to my vehicle and they already have the wheels off and oil draining.... it had only been 10 minutes!!! I didn’t get the axle repair at the other shop because they had just told me it was broken and when I asked to see they said “ sorry we can’t it’s already off the lift.” Needless to say I had trust issues! So they showed me the axle and all the grease everywhere!! It had been leaking for a good while. I approved the repair and was offered a ride home! I gladly accepted and relaxed at home. I got several calls keeping me updated on the progress. I was told a my brakes were at 30% life left and I’d need them next visit. I got picked up and believe it or not, these guys showed me my old axle removed!!! Needless to say I had an amazing visit. I already plan on getting the brakes done early to prevent issues!
