Did not end up using their services but had a wonderful experience with their team and level of professionalism and expertise. Will definitely use them in the future.

Came in set an appointment the day before. Showed up 10 minutes before my appointment time, was told it was going to be 2 hours. What's the point of an appointment? I was quoted 80 something dollars. When they finally got to working on my vehicle the service advisor comes in to the waiting area and tells me he didn't realize it was a diesel so it's going to require more oil I said that's fine. then I go to pay for my service after it's completed and he tells me the bill is $276. I told him he is crazy and that my last visit was $140. I will not be returning to service Street.

I used Service Street at Highlands Ranch a couple of months ago when a headlight died unexpectedly. They were so quick and kind to me when I was stressed. This morning my other headlight was out; I called at 7:30 am and got an appointment for 10:15 am today. I arrived and was kindly greeted by Edward and Sam, who got me in right away. I was finished by 10:35! I could not believe it. Edward is so kind, helpful, and quick. The whole team is really amazing and I appreciate that I have a new service "home" for my car. Highly recommend.

Did not screw the oil filter on all the way. Leaked oil all over my garage and driveway.

I got in and out quickly. Also the guys working there were knowledgeable and super nice!
