This place has good customer service but very outrageous prices...twice more than other places for the same job.

Had a minor issue they resolved without even charging! Exceptional customer service!! Will return for future repairs and maintenance!

Very friendly. Very professional. Explained what was wrong with my car without pressuring me to fix it right then. Received a good deal with package coupon.

In and out in a flash. My car needed the 60k mile servicing along with an oil change.

Had excellent service at the Thornton location. Assistant Manager Rick and mechanic Bill stayed open longer to get my van done. They both did a great job and my van drives like it is new. I will recommend it to other people and bring my car here in the future for repair and service. Thank you

They were very accommodating and quick, however I think they may have fallen victim to the trend of mechanics recommending unnecessary services because a different mechanic a week later mentioned that services that Service Street recommended weren't necessary (while also recommending a completely different unnecessary service). They were okay with taking no as an answer and were very polite. Would recommend to anyone in need of services!

I have had three vehicles serviced here over the last few years. Rick and TJ are outstanding. They have taken care of me and my family like we were family. They have been accomodating beyond anything you would expect from an auto repair shop. These guys are pros's pros. The volume that this shop does and the exceptional customer service that is provided is why we keep coming back. We have had special circumstances with vehicles that have required multiple trips and oil changes. They never batted an eye in honoring these as warranty trips. TJ has gone the extra mile and made inquiries into aftermarket parts for us that would help with our budget and has even printed off diagrams for me to perform simple repairs at home. This is the type of people that run the place and this is why I won't go anywhere else. I have complete confidence in the mechanics as I have seen the constant interaction and communication between the guys working up front and the techs in the back. One of the few auto repair shops I have ever been in where I am wholly confident I am being dealt with honestly. Thanks to everyone at Service Street. You will have my business for many years to come!
