Met w Sam re prior diagnosed oil filter & coolant leaks on 2015 Jeep. He was very thorough & showed me the problems identified by previous service provider - was seeking 2nd opinion. Appreciated his professionalism & technical knowledge. Did not feel I could afford cost of repairs.

I can not tell you how WONDERFUL my experience was!! My car lost all dashboard lights while I was taking 2 little girls to school this morning... so I called my daughter who the googled a Mechanic close to me & she found Service Street Auto Repair. She gave them a quick call & told them my situation & Matthew said for me to come right in. I was there for less than an hour, waiting in their waiting room with a warm cup of coffee while they diagnosed my car. They were able to fix my problem & get me on my way, all in less than 45 minutes & to top it all off ... it was FREE!!! Great job Service Street! They fixed a problem created by my dealership and they did it promptly, with great customer service... and oh yeah, it was a simple fix so they did it at no cost! Tough to beat!
