First time customer. Everything was great, friendly professional service. Sam, General Manager, was awesome. I will definitely use them again.

Matthew was Courteous, friendly, and professional. I had my appointment scheduled for 9:30am and dropped the vehicle off the night before. The only drawback was the timing. I was expecting it to be done sooner. I had to call to find out when my car was ready so it would have been a more positive experience if someone had called me to keep me informed on when my car was going to be ready. That aside, it was a positive experience.

Their prices are not unreasonable, they are fast, timely, professional… And I would have given them a five star rating however, the person who changed my oil was obviously a heavy smoker, and left my car reeking like an ashtray. Also, a few employees entered the Waiting room without wearing a mask. I did really appreciate them telling me I could wait a while to get the rear main seal repaired, as it is common and not threatening till the leak gets bigger. They didn’t just try to take my money.

They made sure that I was well informed when they found a problem with my car, that had been created by the last company to change my oil. They also ensured that I was getting the best value possible while fixing the problem.

Service Street has always treated me professionally. I have always been satisfied with their customer service and the work they've done on my car.

Service Street Auto was awesome. They gave me a good deal on my alignment and even tweaked it a little after they test drove it once because it wasn't perfect enough the first time. I had gone to Les Schawb originally, and they wanted to charge me over 600$ for all of the "extra parts" my wheels needed. At Service Street they didn't try to trick me into any other repairs and said my wheels looked fine. I will definitely be going back there in the future. Great customer service!
