I drive a Chrysler 300. I tried to get into the dealership 3 times. They left me on hold and never returned. Service Street answers their phone. They are friendly and helpful. Their communication is great. 20th Century service in the 21st Century. Almost unheard of. They did a great job. I will be back. No more dealership for me. Hanson is helpful and professional.

Joel helped me out today. He was very informative and helpful with my car. For the repairs needed, the price was reasonable. I had my car in for maintenance here earlier this year and they did great with that too. Very honest people.

Ladies, the most honest and friendly shop ever! Not about the money, I thought I would pay $100 for a part to fix my trunk, Chris looked at it and tightened a loose screw. No charge! His service is always about only what needs to be done not making an extra buck.

My transmission was leaking and no auto shop I contacted would even take a look, despite my suspicion it was a loose cap. They took me in right away and took care of everything. I'll definitely be coming back next time I need service on my cars.
