I called a few days before for an early morning appointment. When I showed up they didn’t have me in the system, so my car didn’t get in as quick as they said it would. It took an extra hour to get my car in.

They were able to put my vehicle on the lift quickly after I pulled into the parking lot. Once they diagnose the problem they showed me where it was which was nice. Everyone was professional and friendly.

I purchased the "5 oil changes for the price of 3" package. I was in for my second oil change. They try very hard to accommodate everybody including those without an appointment. I suggest making an appointment though. (I was out in 30 minutes) My girlfriend was having a battery issue that nobody could solve. Service street identified the problem and had her cat back the same day, fixed! I recommend service street to everyone!

Although I had an appointment it still took me almost two hours for them to do an oil change. A few maintainence service were recommended which we will have done at another visit.
