First time customer. Had coupon for oil, tire rotation, and multi inspection for $55 but for some reason they choose to ignore coupon. Upcharged me $25 for .2 quarts of synthetic oil. Didn't rotate or do multi inspection. Will not go back.

I don’t like the bait and switch, good cop/bad routine I received, plus scare tactics used to try to pressure me into using an expensive computer reset procedure, or else take my vehicle to the dealership. After I was told that my brake inspection would be free, and diagnosed to see if the the brake sensor was simply bad or disconnected, when it came down to it, nobody wanted to touch my vehicle unless I paid $250 to have all the random diagnostic codes to be reset. Multiple codes I have never seen or had any issues with before bringing my vehicle there. I only had a “Service Brake” and “ABS” light. No service was performed.
