Hey guys, I'm trying to sell my house fast in Colorado and I was wondering if anyone had any tips or suggestions on how to do it quickly and efficiently? I've already tried listing it on some popular real estate websites, but I haven't had much luck yet. I'm considering selling my house for cash, but I'm not sure if that's the right choice. I took my Toyota Tacoma in for a starter issue knowing that there was a hand full of other issues. Josh was professional and caring about what was priorities in the other issues and gave great advice on how to handle what may be causing the remaining issues. I trust their open communication and they performed the work on my starter and realignment with noticable better performance. I'll return to get my remaining issues fixed with them.
